missing shards after unlinking steam from BEhaviour

I linked my steam account to my behaviour account but today I saw that my friend list had been gone. So I tried to unlink ....
when I got back to game I saw my friend list had been apeared but I had no bloodpoints and shards. How can I get my shards back?
