in Bug Reporting

i send an email and then a screebshot with my player id, but when I go to see my claim it appears as if I had never responded.

I hope it is solved soon, I spent money on the cells and I would like to get them back.

    The same thing just happened with me. I haven't sent in a ticket yet, but I also have spent money and it's all reset to 0 AC, Shards, and BP. :/

    Edit: I just submitted a ticket and waiting to hear back from Bhvr.
