why do i get dc penalties for no reason in game now? (with video)

here's a sweet video of the very end of a game where the game thought the killer dc'd (but the killer definitely didn't) and then gave me a dc penalty when I definitely didn't dc, nor did I have internet issues.. #########?

The identical thing just happened to me. Get disconnected from host-- it looks like the killer DC'd... I still get my BP (plus a bonus from BPS), an item I picked up in the match, and double-pipped... and a matchmaking penalty timer!?
