Is there a comprehensive guide to killer add-ons?

If it's one things games have taught me in my years of gaming, it's don't trust tool-tips. I'm wondering if there is a handy guide to add-ons and popular builds w/ add-ons anywhere for killers? This game likes to use terms like, "moderately". Does anyone know what that actually means in terms of how it actually affects your killer?

Anyways, just looking for a good guide for add-ons. What to stay away from, what is good, etc. Anyone know of any neat up-to-date guides I can use as reference?
