Just happened on a match in Asylum, Nurse's map. I nearly picked up the Bill I downed when he tried going for felix, only for him to scoot under felix on the hook, preventing me from grabbing him on either side. I wasn't streaming when this occured but I do remember this happening before, after they initially fixed this. Seems to occur less but the problem is still around. Looked like you just need to fall into the hooked survivor for it to happen when the killer puts you in the dying state.
