Lost all in-game currencies (4.3.0), bug fixes itself after playing a trial, returns after restart
Hey, I'm playing the microsoft store PC version (through PC game pass, not game pass ultimate) on 4.3.0 and after this recent update I lost every currency I had before. Bloodpoints and Iridescent Shards. Idk how that happened, since I started this new update before and everything was still there, but after I restarted everything was gone. Even after another game restart this problem is still there. Fortunately I never bought anything, but that is just annoying because I basically have to restart all over again. My perks and level on the characters are still there tho (I would have quit if that wasnt the case). I also had above 1 million bp (through the giveaways) so that is even more frustrating. I also get the tutorials again. My account name on Microsoft Store is Elevoltplay, if that helps you. BHVR, I would really appreciate if I somehow could get my currencies back, because grinding all that stuff again would be frustrating. Ah yes, as the title suggests, reinstalling did not help in this case.

UPDATE: It solved itself. Just played a match and it was back.

Hello, I'm adding to this thread that I've also experienced this problem, but on top of losing my currencies I also lost all the character progression I completed over the last 24 hours as well. One of my characters is back to Level 35, when they were at 41 last evening before the update.

Ah well I have the game on steam too. And I'm actually scared of starting it and loosing my progress there too. Because there I have 2.6 million BP through giveaways and a lot more iri shards. 😅

Hello everyone! I am having the same problem! I noticed that only the DLCs I bought through Steam are not accessible, the ones I bought through Iridescent Fragments are still there! Could you please fix this as soon as possible as the Halloween Event is coming up. I also opened a ticket on the help desk but they just answered once and they still can't manage this problem!

Someone replied to my thread about this and it seems at least for myself and the other person the common thread linked to this was that we recently linked and unlinked our BHVR accounts to Steam. I did exactly that yesterday, I linked it for the Bloodpoint bonus, and then unlinked it after I noticed how it organized my Friends List, I preferred the old way.

Same thing happened to me.
Upsetting cause I had a decent chunk of each type of currency- the auric cells I actually paid $$ for.

Okay that is definitely weird since I don't think it should happen if you are playing on Windows Store. Also I tried to link it actually a few days ago (instantly when it came out) but it kept showing me error messages on the website. And once again, I'm really sorry that we all have to go through this. I do have the steam version installed and as I said, the bug fixes itself after I play one round. It's also not a visual bug, since I can't buy anything in the blood web.

To make it clearer: I played a game, then my stuff was back and after my next restart everything was gone again. So, I played another game and I had my stuff back. It's really weird honestly... 😅

That's what I am thinking honestly. And honestly it's annoying. Not as bad as loosing the stuff entirely, but still bad.

Yeah, that's still a terrible workaround. When the Event starts tomorrow I'll try playing a Trial and let you know what happens with me, I wonder how it would work with my account since I also lost my progress for one of my Survivors.

Exactly the same happened to me i had "a lot" of auric cells and i lost them. I just got like 1000 Auric cells that were "lost in Space" or something like that, but ######### 1000 Auric cells if my other Auric cells and other currencys are gone........
Really not amused, thats a lot of money what is just gone
And the Support isnt answering at all...
Srsly iam white-knighting BHVR for all of my friends "everytime" and now i get to pay the price..

Played 1 Game to see if it comes back and there are still just that 1000 "rewarded auric cells #fromlostinspace" my bunch of old auric cells still lost and iam not sure about the iridecent shards couldve been 2000+ too. That is very disappointing, espacially because now a day passed and i didnt even a "we are workin on ur ticket" ...
