Change to Pyramid Head does nothing but annoy both sides, great work devs.
I've been playing a few matches as Pyramid Head and I can attest that the slight delay to his power accomplished nothing more than frustrate me as I try to go around laying trails across the map. It makes him feel clunky and unrefined, while doing nothing to change the lose/lose situations that people complain about.
Survivors still will not have time to vault a window without getting hit, and you can just bodyblock the window or pallet if they try to anticipate your POTD shockwave. Meanwhile, POTD still feels like ass to use. It is nearly impossible to hit anyone in the open with it if they can see you, but guess what now I can SPAM it a ridiculous amount times at a loop, and odds are eventually I will hit the survivor while they probably feel helpless to do anything about it.
I can think of a couple changes you could do to improve how POTD feels, so killers don't feel like the only way to play him is through this baiting gameplay survivors despise. Make the shockwave 0.5 metres wider, remove the red highlight showing where it is gonna come out of the ground, make the shockwave spikes linger and cause damage to any survivor who touches it, or speed up the time it takes to activate, literally any one of these would encourage people to be more creative with POTD. As it stands survivors are still gonna be unhappy, while killers are now promoted to spam it a lot more.
Pyramid Head can hit people through walls, so I understand that he is tricky to balance. But I feel like the devs didn't even try honestly.

Actually they have much more time to avoid hits now.
I agree he looks clunky though. Many killers do. Compare that to how responsive survivors feel. I get they want to balance things but there comes a point where its just not fun anymore, Nurse being a good example.
For the most part hes been made unfun to play as and severely hurt on loops. Exactly what survivors wanted. Now I guess the few PH’s out there that didnt feel the need to tunnel will be compelled to do so like they are with all weak killers.

I dont know man, besides the awful frames I have been having a lot of fun with Pyramid Boy, survivors gain gain an extremely small amount of distance compared to before when you hit them with RoJ, equivalent to 5 stacks of STBFL if my math is correct. I have been ending chases extremely fast thanks to this. If you are missing your RoJ thats on you and your lack of skill with him.
The only difference between old and new PH is that you cant zone brainlessly, and that you get more rewarded for outplaying survivors in guessing games. I consider this an overall buff.

I swear to god I'm the only ######### person who find nurse fun to play as and against.

Nurse is extremely fun. Nobody wants to spend the 15 hours it takes to learn her to a playable level.

The point I'm trying to make is that the zone is still something you can do, the change didn't do anything really to mitigate this, other than not allowing it to be as mindless. Meanwhile he feels clunky to play, and while yes he did get a buff in his cooldown, I don't agree that it was the correct buff to give him. It lets Pyramid head spam his power so much that I guarantee that it will be what survivors complain about next.

I'm with you on that, I've loved playing as and against nurse for a very long time.
Also I've played 2 games with revamped PH and feel he is much more fair and fun than before.

I spent three months in her and am loving the easy 4ks 😆

It's probabl the same as it was with Nurse. She got a cooldown which doesn't nerf her at all instead of making her fatigue longer, the cooldown just made her more frustrating, not weaker.

I played him all the evening yesterday and I didn't feel him clunky at all. On the contrary, I felt him more dynamic.
