Thoughts on PH so far
The obvious one is he's way too clunky now. Slowdown is fine but when I bait (sword not even in ground) I get deoriented massively. It is noticable when you turn while baiting and it seems it messes with your sensitivity for some reason (The sword isn't on the ground yet). Also his animations doesn't seem right. The PH on PTB while he took the sword off the ground was quite neat looking in first person view and felt very clunky on live.
As for his buff, I do feel it a tiny bit when I'm not actually focussed on it but it's more prominent when I hit someone with PoTD. I wouldn't mind reducing the cooldown even further if he turns out to be weak 😋.
As for his stance, he sometimes starts with his arm twisted. And why does blight have the same stance as PH? It looks goofy on him. Is it the same thing on other killers?

I hope it'll be fixed soon because you're not beating good teams with it when you need to fight against your own mechanic first.

He didn't get destroyed (even if he's a bit buggy), his zoning is still in tact (you can take putting the sword in and still move at 4.6 for free zoning), he has the insta-cancel still, and his POTD is stronger than ever.
Maybe he's not dead, maybe you're just bad.

Yeah Otz said it was actually a buff. He stated you can still "blindly spam your range attack" so no change there, which I guess is his power?

The primary issue with PH was his ability to instantly M1 while in PoTD stance. I haven't tested to see if they fixed it but they didn't in PTB though. I'm not sure what you mean by being able to move at 4.6 m/s while the sword is in.

I dont think i'm that bad as a rank 5 survivor and rank 3 killer,my english is not good,just watch my video see what happen when PH using his M2,is deadly when you chasing survivor and try to turn around,it will turn your sight and you cant control it

Also when you putting the sword,PH will lose 8% speed means it will be 4.232m/s,not 4.6m/s,maybe try to play PH next time.

To be honest I like their approach. They knew what the core issue was. Execution could have been better though.

He has to shake his head no after you do the attack so survivors know you cancel.

The buff isn't even noticeable because he moves slower after missing instead of what he was before.

You can fake the put in, which still moves you at 115, then after it goes in you slow down to 96 before increasing back to 110. And no they didn't fix his insta cancel.
See above. I main him and have done since he released.
Rank 1 killer and survivor and I spent 5 hours playing hin yesterday. I'm aware.

Pyramid Head loses much more than 8% movement speed
When charging torment mode (I.E that duration of him jamming his knife into the ground), he is moving at 92% movement speed, he lost he lost 23% movement speed while charging his ability, and moves at 110% movement speed while he is in Torment Mode.
Let me convert most of this into M/S
When charging torment mode, he is moving at 3.68 m/s, when he is in torment mode, he moves at 4.4 m/s
No matter what he does not lose 8% movement speed

He had a better animation during PTB. It looked neat. Right now it's like he'll fall if you try and bait his M2 and turn.
