Xbox One Possible Accidental Wiggle Negation

So I accidentally discovered that on Xbox One, rapidly shaking the camera left to right while carrying a struggling survivor seems to almost completely negate the effects of struggling. Is this normal for the game or a bug?
Boil over is also affected, but not nearly as severely.
Is it just me, or is this a thing?

If you're talking about the sway caused by a struggling survivor, you can do something similar on PC by tapping A and D while carrying. It doesn't get rid of it entirely, but it can help.0

No, it’s the equivalent of holding W and violently shaking your mouse from left to right. It almost completely eliminates the effects of struggling.
I mean if you run forward and violently smash your mouse around, isnt that the same as the wiggling effect?^^
