Legion Changes
These changes were made thinking about how to make Legion better, but not OP. Right now it is kind of bad, basically having his power do nothing else than injuring survivors. All other powers are able to injure AND down the survivors but legion doesn't.
Power changes:
While in Feral Frenzy, hitting a survivor already afflicted by the Deep Wound status effect will decrease that survivor's Deep Wound timer by 1/3rd, you'll leave Feral Frenzy after doing so and the recovery time is increased by 1 second. Hitting a survivor with Feral Frenzy while that survivor is in the middle of an action (Vaulting, pulling pallet down, doing a generator, healing or being healed etc...) that survivor other than being afflicted by the Deep Wound status effect (if not already) will also be inflicted with the Mangled and the Deep Cut status effect for the duration of the Deep Wound status effect.
What is the "Deep Cut" Status Effect:
Increases the mending time by 20% and slows down all actions by 10% while afflicted with it (does not slow down Vaulting Speed and Pallet Drop Speed). Deep Cut is removed when the Deep Wound status effect is removed.
Changes to the "fuming mix tape" add-on:
The add-on "Fuming Mix Tape" does not live up to the fact that it is an ultra rare add-on. It is rarely used and is not that useful. The changes I thought about are as following.
Fuming Mix Tape: You now inflict Deep Cut every time you hit a survivor while in Feral Frenzy.
Why changing "Fuming Mix Tape" to the new status effect?
I thought about giving that add-on this ability since the Deep Cut could be pretty hard to inflict against a very good group of survivors.
