Harvesting Bug?

Is it just me, and if it’s been brought up I apologize I didn’t see another topic oh it, but I’m unable to harvest any plants? I was in the beginning but now, for the past couple hours I can’t. There is no prompt to on my end, but my friend I’m playing with on the same system (PS4) can.

Is this a known issue?
