Ruin Bug on Coldwind

Killer only had one hex which was ruin. It spawned by a tracker in between the some hay stacks and a tire. Both me and another player could see it but would not let us interact with the totem to cleanse it. All the other totems were able to be cleansed just not this location.

Post 4.3.1 patch, problem still persists. Note the lack of prompt despite definitely being close enough. Rotten Fields if it matters.
