Do you guys think the new syringe will become a normal item for survivor?

So it seems like survivor items will be available year round, well if the description are true which they might not be because no were in there does it say it consumes the medkit but it does. Also the wiki says 16seconds and the addon says 20. Anyway since the devs are probably going to add more items to survivor do you think this will become a normal addon or even item. Like adrenaline shot for l4d, i think it would be a pretty cool addition. As for the flashlight addon its nothing special i dont think anyone mind that being year round.
