Description of the issue:Nurse Doesn't Close survivors eyes with her hand after they die,the animation is bugged
Platforms:all Platforms,PC too
Steps to reproduce:just mori a survivor as the nurse and you will see that she doesnt close their eyes
how often does this occur:always
side note:i know it's a little bug,but to me it's important,i mean,it's weird to see nurse do an animation with her hand over the survivor face's and don't close their eyes,hope it gets fixed Soon
