So remember when behaviour said we dont want exclusives anymore and release the skins from the lunar event and now they are giving fog whisperers codes for a give away to a exclusive charm

Trusting what BHVR say is something I've not done in ages. They're not reliable or consistent enough for it.

The only actually honest fogwhisperer i've seen has been tru3ta1ent, it feels like he actually says whats on his mind without thinking "how can i lick the devs' asses this time", most fogwhisperers i've seen are just awfuly biased towards the devs and not the community, take for example paulie and king on twitter talking about how we are all ungreatful and ######### that we event got halloween skins.... also calling the ppl that want to have an event to earn cosmetics morons should not be supported by bhvr but i guess it is (not gonna specify who says that a lot)

Since earlier this year, I don’t watch whisperer streams anymore, or any streaming much for that matter... here and there.
I feel it’s silly forking over time and $$$ daily to people who reply, “So and so, thank you for the $20... Person over there, thanks for the 10,000 bits... subathon day, thanks for the 5,000 new paying subscribers!”
It’s insane.
People are putting food in their mouths, clothes on their backs and paying their bills.
I wouldn’t even be able to sit there in my gaming chair accepting people’s money to be a personality while they watch me play a video game for 6 hours everyday.
It’s like paying people to hang out with them.

Paulie was always my fav whisperer. He really is a beautiful soul, a classy gentleman, and he keeps it family friendly. I truly believe he completely loves DBD and is genuine about how he feels so compassionately with enjoying almost every aspect of the game. I understand how people watching Paulie feel he’s a dev snob, since he is usually pretty positive with regards to changes, but I disagree. Everything he says is from a honest, DBD loving heart.
Tru3 was the first whisperer I ever watched. He’s just living his life, earning a ridiculously good living from streaming across multiple platforms. He knows BE is paying attention, yet he doesn’t mince his words. How he really feels is exactly what everyone hears. I appreciate his honesty immensely, as well. It’s interesting, I always envisioned him as the rebel outsider of the fog whisperers. It’s like BE gave him that honour but he really doesn’t “need” it or regard it as such. Tru3 can continue what he’s doing without feeling he needs to agree with anyone, and he’ll still have his base backing him through the journey. Not sure if he ever went to any DBD live whisperer meet ups or not, tho he just seems he’d be the one content with not participating in all that “red carpet” esque gatherings, idk.

I used to love Paulie a lot, but for me its not ok to call players childish or stupid just because they want a halloween event, not everyone plays 6 hrs a day like a streamer and we don't get paid in auric cells every month, we just wanted an event like previous years where we earn the skins but he still backs up the devs saying u can still get the skins for free so why whine about it, i guess he doesn't realize it takes 83 hrs and more for 1 skin. But now we'll get 1 skin at least, its smth i guess, next year won't even be 1 skin watch it

Considering they won't put in the effort to give back Legacy to those who lost it because of their own horrible save features, why would you be surprised they continue to show lack of care towards the community?

Uh, Otzdarva? Scorpionz seems pretty honest, too. I don't really watch anyone else that is a fog whisperer to say otherwise, though.
Edit: I didn't realise OhTofu is one, too. He tends to be pretty honest about what he thinks too.

I think its very telling by how many Fog Whisperers have been openly vocal about this "event". Theyre supposed to be the middle guy between BHVR and the community but its clear they've almost all sold out and are just a mouth piece, for the price of a couple of Auric Cells. Its disgusting and shameful...

Honestly I do really appreciate Otz and Scorpionz.
For being very honest watching scorpionz trying really hard to make the codes as accessible to his community as possible is nice. But even with his best efforts console players are still at a massive disadvantage.
It's sad to say but it really shouldn't be the job of Fog whisperers to iron out out this code situation because of how poorly executed it is.
This code promotion was handled extremely poorly. I really want to give a behaviour benefit of the doubt and say that it just looked a lot better on paper and they didn't realise it would be this bad in execution.
But they really need to do something to make this better. Either finding a better way to distribute the code or just making an unlimited one for the last day.
How do I say I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but they're really can't allow this thing to happen again whether they decide to do this wave another event or just some cosmetics
At this stage something like a twitch drop system would be so much better you reward people for watching The Fog whisperers but you don't have any unnecessary pressure for the fog whisperers and the community

My kid was happy. I spent $140 total in cosmetics for Apex and Fortnite for him. BHVR got nothing and i will continue that trend.

Yeah, I questioned it not just being a drop system...and then realised, they're only just beginning to roll out Bhvr accounts, and atm they can't be linked to consoles...and, to add to this; it's currently bugged so you lose all your shard, bps and auric cells that you currently own if you connect your account. I hope next time they try something like this, they have this all set up and bug free by then.

pretty sure by the time the event is over anyone who wanted a Dwight Scarecrow got one.
they have a LOT of codes.
its hard and annoying to get them now, but nearing the end of the event most will have one, so a code wont be used up in 0.5 seconds and you got a very good chance to get one yourself.
knowing them, they are just going to give the charm out to everyone at some point anyway.

The problem isnt them having different opinions. Any I have seen that have been called out on it have said they feel the same way as the community but didnt talk about it on their videos. Obviously they're afraid of losing their Fog Whisperer status, but whats the point in being a Fog Whisperer if the community cant trust them to be honest?

I might not use lying, but going back on your word to the community, BHVR, is not cool especially when you give no reason why you abandoned what you said previously.

grinds hours for all exclusive cosmetics in the past since 2017 only for all players get it for literally no good reason other than they don't want exclusives to be a thing other than legacy.
now they release exclusives that are not only hard to get they are code locked and we have to watch hours of streams when we would rather play the game for the exclusive. *clap clap clap* screw whoever is responsible for that decision.
