Blindness Rework

Everyone knows that blindness as a status effect is pretty lame so i thought it would be cool if blindness actually blinded the user. This could work in a way that casts a black fog around the player model so the user cannot see beyond x amount of distance. For example, if a player was hit by Hex: The Third Seal. It would blind the user from seeing at long distances. Not only would this make blindness more interesting as a whole but it would improve some underused tools for killers.
