Unbreakable hook Bug

The recent Blight event has a new hook (Cankerous Hook?).
This hook can't be broken with saboteur. Attempted in multiple games. I haven't tried with a toolbox.

Can confirm. Saboteur doesn't work on event hooks. This makes the perk even worse.
