(Xbox) Not receiving full credit for challenges

Hello! I've been working through the newest to me and some of the challenges are messing up. On the survivor side, there was one that was like 20,000 objective points and on killer, 20,000 deviousness points. And I got the full 8000 possible in one match and they've only gave me 1000-something credit for it. I was annoyed, but I eventually got the challenge done and moved on. Now on the killer side, it happened with the deviousness and this time, I remembered to take a pic (sorry for poor quality) to show. Hopefully an easy fix on your guy's end?
