Why buff breakdown?
This is why:
New Breakdown: Destroys the closest 3 hooks when being unhooked. Hooks remain saboed for 3 minutes.

Sounds like an interesting idea, but I can see this being abused, hook more than 2 survivors under the 3 minutes and you have nothing to work with basically.

It does need a buff, but not that one. Far too strong like Ahoy said.

More survivors need to use it. The more that have it in a match the more powerful it becomes
