This trapper seemed friendly, so I stepped in his trap. He then removes the trap the moment I walk in, to softlock me for the rest of the game. He doesn't move until the gates are opened, then hits a feng with NOED. He hooks her, then me... They all manage to get out, because I'm getting facecamped. Congrats to them, this super fun strategy for everyone gave us both 4K points.
I reported them, but is there any chance they could get banned for that ?

Hey, I can't give a clear 100% answer on this, but if the killer was abusing a glitch/exploit to keep you trapped without a trap and you couldn't get out, that possibly could be punishable. If you have any additional evidence, send it to support please: https://support.deadbydaylight.com
