I am a pig main and I do not play boop the snoot you will in fact get the blade. I actually rarely ever get anybody to try it though.

Part of the fun is coming across memeing in the wild. I know some ppl have questioned what memeing is, and the closest way I can explain it is a player acting in a funny or unexpected way. And that isn't limited to Pig, just that Boop the Snoot is probably the most well known meme for that Killer.
Ghost Face spam crouching is also a meme- I had a match where 2 survivors approached me as GF and crouched across the map with me.
Some players refuse to meme even if it's signaled, and that's ok. Especially with hyper-competitive players they feel it wastes time, and that's when those attempts get you killed, lol. But there's a lot of players that don't know/recognize how to meme.
It's just meant to be fun and take the game less seriously. For as many Killers that might kill you for trying to meme, there's also quite a few that will let you go for giving them some laughs and refreshing gameplay.

This is how I feel, although it rarely happens to me when I play pig thankfully. I wanna play the game, if I wanna meme I use ghost face.

Well then, I will have to equip DS for the first time, lure you to pick me up, stun you for 5 seconds and lick your glorious snoot. My death would be worth it.

No matter, my tongue is very dexterous and lengthy. I will be able to accomplish the lick before the stun runs out, irregardless of the trap.
Fare warning, do not underestimate my powers of blending. One day, you may just walk upon a bush that moistens your glorious snoot, only to realize it wasn't a bush, but then it would have been too late. Muahahahahaha.
