Need some help my game keeps freezing

since like 2 weeks ago my game has been freezing. Whenever it froze the only thing I could hear was survivor breathing but after the update it got worst, I don’t have any frame rate issues (I have a ps4) it just keeps freezing. Originally it only affected survivor but now it affects my killers and it boots me out of matches. It makes the game unplayable I’m hoping I can get solutions in here.
