The Kiddo Clown Perk Pack

Hello Everybody!

So a couple of hours ago today, i was minding my own Business in my own home, watching some individual/channel by a name of "Markiplier" And "Game Theory" doing some shenanigans and then out of nowhere my brain is like "Hey, you know, since your favorite killer is the clown and you got nothing else to do, you can try to remade the clown perks to make it more interesting" and i went Markiplier attempting to do a 100,000 challenge mode and was like "Okay, let's do it".

Dev Log: So it has been interesting Journey, albeit only for a couple of hours. I knew i was no artist so i have to start with something simple enough that it was relativity easy for me to draw but also has to stand out and make me unique from other creators, and my first thought is: The Background of all the perks in the game.

All perks and add-ons in the game simply only have one icon on entirely blank colored background. And i was like "what if the background was not entirely blank, what if i wanted to make it more interesting?". Granted, other icon packs remade both perk and add-ons icons to make it more appealing but I'm sorta a guy that wanted take one step further and said "what if i don't want to simply recolored the background and change the icon itself, what if i instead create the piece of artwork in the background to complement the white icon itself and give it more of a 'personality' i called it". and this is the result i get.

i think the first mistake i've done is that i made the background an ultra-rare rather then very-rare and i was afraid that it will stand out too much and perks can only reach very-rare. but the more i think about it, the more i think it was for a better.

i think one of the challenges in the making of this Pack is that i need to make the white icon small enough that you will able the see the background but not too small, otherwise the background will be stealing the spotlight and beside, the white icon itself need to be clear enough for quick glance so you be like "Alright, the pop goes the weasel is about to be expired, i should kick the generator quickly" and you don't have to look at the perk closely for like 2-5 secs before you realized what it is.

Overall, I'm a bit satisfied with my pack and here is a preview of the custom perks:

And here is the preview of the custom perk background itself:

You can download the individual custom perks here:

and In case you don't know how to install this custom clown perk pack, you need to go your file explorer and go to:

Steam\steamapps\common\deadbydaylight\UI\icons\perks\Guam

Then Simply drag the files that you downloaded over the default clown perks and it will replace them.

BUT Before you could do that, i recommend you should copy the default clown perks and create separate folder as backup files and Paste them there. that way, after you try using them and you don't like it, you can just simply do it again but with default clown perks and not having to verify your game with steam and Download the perks again.

so what do you think? do you think that i might have taken the step a bit too far? do you think the artwork is a masterpiece or it looks like it was drawn by a little kid? (most likely the little kid one) and do you found my idea a bit appealing?
