Which killer has the best power?
I think the title is quite self-explanatory. I personally like The Deathslinger and The Executioner the most.

Pyramid Head. He has a ranged attack, that ignores collidable objects.

There is a reason Nurse is the only SS killer. Her power is the best for chases and the second best for mobility, just behind Billy.

I like most ranged powers. For me is Huntress with hatchets across the map. Also worth to mention Oni and Billy for running across the map and down some clueless survivor.

Plague when she powers up to her black and red vomit. Her main problem is that her power depends too much on Survivors. That and she’s Bigfoot and you can see her coming a mile away.
Nurse is next.

I like map control powers so i say blight billy and oni (not nurse because i can't use her).

1v1 specials - Spirit, Deathslinger, Pyramid Head, Doctor
Stealth - Ghostface
Mobility - Blight
Tactical - Hag
Honorable Mention - Nurse

nurse hands down. What's better: having a power to work around loops (deathslinger, ph) or having a power that completely ignore looping?

The Deathslinger's is the most satisfying but the Nurse's is blatantly the best.

fun? - thats entirely up to the player

I like Huntress and Blight as far as the fun factor goes. Their skill ceilings make it extremely satisfying to land tricky hits.
By effectiveness, the best power in the game is either Nurse or Hag though. At the highest levels of play, both can effectively ignore walls/windows/pallets and cannot be looped.

Nurse has the potentially most effective power since if you can consistently hit with it she can just about ignore any terrain. Dropping pallets and vaulting has no effect on her. Plus her blink helps her get around indoor areas with multiple floors more efficiently (again, if you’re really good with her)
Nurse is also one of the least fun characters to play in my opinion, why would I want to stare at my feet 1/3 of the game? So she’s not the “best” in that sense. In terms of most fun, my favorites are Doc, Freddy and Clown. They’re all similar in that they are 115% movement characters with some anti-loop ability who use basic attacks to hit survivors. I just like that style personally. Freddy is the most effective of the three but I like Doc’s tracking and Clown is a bit better in a chase than Freddy so I could go with any of them. (I also always play with Freddy’s fake pallets, not because they’re as good as snares, but because it’s always funny catching survivors with them. 😄)

Nurse, spirit, oni, huntress, hillbilly and deathslinger are my picks.

Nurse, Oni, Deathslinger. They work just fine and don't require addons. Deathslinger could have a higher range for my taste but oh well.
Honorble mention to Huntress. When ur actually good at sniping her power is very strong and fun. Throwing an axe across the entire map and get that hit sound is one of the best experiences. But it takes a few hundred hours to actually get there.

Best as in most powerful? Nurse, easy. She negates literally everything.
Best meaning most fun? I love Pin-Ball... bouncing around is fun.
Best as in most versatile? Probably Spirit. Her phasing allows her to get to places quickly, it's an awesome chase tool (even with the bug), and works in just about every situation...

I’d say Freddy, he is a good variety of powers. He has advantages in chases and gen control. Knowing how and when to use each ability, along with which perks to use, can make the game a struggle for even very experienced survivors.

If by best you mean strongest, then Nurse. If by best you mean which killer I prefer, then Blight and Slinger. It's a toss up between the two. Used to be Plague, but the sheer amount of robbed hits she gets is just intolerable.

DoritoHead is cool and fun, and I feel like i'm the only person who likes playing against him.
His kit just has so many elements to it, and that moment that you see the ranged attack indicator is always exciting. It's an "Oh Sh*t" moment, and it's really fun imo.

His power can also combat pallets as you can hit them with a ranged attack when they stop to throw it down. I feel so evil when I do that.

The pig. She's the only killer who's ability has the potential to kill a survivor. Obviously that rarely happens, but her dash ability is slept on so much. She the only trap killer that doesn't need early game set up. Best versatile killer imo
