Invite PS4 Player to SWF on Steam / PC

Dear DBD Community,

A friend of mine recently bought DBD on PS4. All my other friends and me have the game on PC / Steam.

Is there a way to open a SWF lobby and invite my PS4 friend?

The prerequisite for that would probably be to be friends with him somehow, I guess?

But I obviously can't add him to my Steam friendlist 😅

Can someone tell me, if there is a way to play SWF with him - and if yes - how? I tried the forum search but did not find anything that helped me.

    Yes there is a way to invite players from different platforms into your lobby. But before you do make sure Crossplay is enabled. (Bottom of the settings menu on top of your player cloud ID).

    First click on your in game friends list which should look something like this:

    User: "image (1).png"

    Once you've done that click on the add friend button :

    User: "image (1)~2.png"

    Once you click on it you should be able to enter your friend's username/player ID number and send a friend request from there. Once your friend accepts the request you can now invite them in game and play.

    (Friends list may not update when the request is accepted. If that's the case restart your game and it should be good. 👍)
