Unreachable totem spawn

This happened on PS4 on Rancid Abattoir.
The totem was spawned in one of the crevasses of the harvester and was unreachable. It was a Ruin totem, most likely paired with Undying. The killer was a Deathslinger.
I tried to record footage but the clip was lost somehow.
This is the first time I've seen this bug happen.
