Pallet prompts disappearing

I got 3 clips of really strange pallet behaviour regarding the space bar prompt. Pretty sure that this is a bug. Especially the first clip is strange because I don't move, the space bar just disappears after the killer starts moving.
And it cannot be body blocking, because when I have the prompt, I should be body blocking the killer. Still the space bar just disappears.

Ok this is what is happening to me. Only when I’m injured . If the killer is by the pallet or trying to strike through to hit me, I can’t throw the pallet because I don’t get a prompt. Every. Time. PS4
