Do you lose a pip if everyone disconnects before the match even starts?

If the game disconnects to the tally screen because a player, or 4, disconnected whilst loading you neither gain nor lose any pips. At least you shouldn't be anyway, if you are it may be a bug.
Not sure about the people who actually dc though.
