Individual survivor stats
Every killer has a unique power from the might of the Nurse to the hilarious Clown. But how come survivors don't have something unique to them? You master one survivor you've mastered them all the only difference is some are more quiet or louder or smaller or bigger. It kinda makes them dull and when people say they main a survivor I'm like what makes that special? If you're good at one killer that doesn't mean your good at them all maybe you can nail Nurse blinks but can't mind game with Spirit. Maybe you nail billy curves but not huntress shots. If someone plays Nea to perfection you can do that with everyother survivor. I'm not giving exact stats but maybe survivors should have base stats. Maybe Dwight fixes gens faster but can't throw down pallets or vault as fast maybe. Meg is faster and vaults faster but can't fix as fast. Maybe Jake is more quiet but can't heal as fast. Claudette heals faster but is louder. Just my idea. Voice any ideas.

Survivors are meant to be cosmetic, so this probably wouldn't work. If one survivor had a passive or something that lets them run 1% faster, you'd see almost nothing but that survivor. The devs probably want people to play different survivors and if they had special powers that made you want to only play that one for an advantage, it removes that.

The only way to do something' like this would be with new survivours. What if say a Dwight main favorite already loved throwing pallets, now he cant throw them as well.
That said Claudette already had a special power all along...stealthy ninja! 👻

Too much to balance. You'll just have everyone running two survivors.

Yeah but what makes that different from killer since a lot of people constantly run Freddy.

But isn't it already that way as killer where some barely get used because they're power is to weak or difficult while others are constantly used since their power is strong and easy.

The game is designed in a way that the killers are intended to be stronger then each other or weaker then each other. The same principle can't be assigned to survivors because they aren't intended to be used for an advantage in the game, they're intended to be used as cosmetics or to play the one that you like.

Not everyone plays Freddy...
Infact, if everyone only played 2 different survivors Bubba's masks would be impossible to achieve

Okay but I'd just like a little extra challenge playing survivor.

Honestly.... I had an idea similar to this...
Giving survivors roles:
Gen Jocky- repair bonuses (speed, skillcheak size and bonus progression, gen auras, reveals killer aura per gen completed)
Runner- Movement bonuses (Vaulting and pallet/window auras, exhaustion recovery, walk and crouch speed boosts)
Healer- Healing bonuses (Healing other survivors, unhooking, self care basekit, Injured and dying survivors auras, reveals killer aura per hook)
Decoy- Protection and Distraction bonuses (Totem reveal within Xm, Diversion and Red Herring basekit, protection hits increase other bonuses {IDK}
But then there're hybrids... ETC

I honestly wouldn't mind seeing whatever their worst perk is added to each survivor basekit in addition to being a teachable. there are very few survivors that have all 3 teachables that are useful, so maybe exempt them, but really the only case I can think of where it would be game breaking is Meg, since I believe her only off meta perk might be quick and quiet
