Coldwind Farm- uncleansable totem

Description of issue: There's a totem spawn at the Harvester at Coldwind Farm that cannot be cleansed:
(This spawn, the particular map here being Rancid Abattoir)
Steps to reproduce: Have the totem spawn there, and it just can't be cleansed.
How often does this occur: First time I've seen it, but it's possible it's frequent as my friend has told me about it before.
