Bug with the Spirit

While playing as the "Spirit" killer, I noticed that after update 4.3.0, the Survivors began to deviate from their genes when I go to "Yamaoka`s Haunting" and more accurately know my position in the same "Pursuit of Yamaoka". But after I played several games against the "Spirit" Killer, I realized that in "Yamaoka`s Haunting" you can hear her, namely, you can hear her specific Breath, and it is from it that you can find out exactly where it is (his position is during the use of powers)
The patch note does not indicate the change to "Spirit", and therefore I can assume that this is a bug.
