Which survivors has the most effective perks?
Out of all 23 survivors which do you think has the best and most useful perks. I quite like Jane's perks but there are plenty of useful ones out there. What do you think?

Laurie Strode.
Decisive strike and Object of Obsession.
Its hard to think up of any other survivor whose perks have caused so much strife in the community and to the game's balance(Release Decisive strike should never have existed).
Outside of Laurie Strode most survivors only really have 1 good perk each.
Edit: I forgot bill but one of his good perks is almost always used with Decisive strike so its hard to say he's equal to Laurie Strode.

Meg. All of her perks can come in handy and are pretty good by itself. Not only mention that sprint burst is the most versalite perk in the game. You can use it how you want.

Ds
ds has ds
and ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Meg doesn't have a single bad perk. With Laurie, sure she has DS and OoO, but Sole Survivor is so laughably awful it make No Mither look like a fantastic perk. QnQ may be Megs worst perk, but it's still a good perk. Also having Adrenaline which was and I think still may be meta, and if you don't run DH you run Sprint Burst.

While OoO may be annoying, especially for killers like Trapper, it’s not as powerful on its own. You have to be good at looping and juking to use it effectively, or be in SWF to get full power out of it. DS is also something that can be extremely powerful in specific situations, but may be a complete waste depending on the killer.
Megs perks are definitely more effective in pretty much every match and against every killer.

Bill and Meg

Meg, Laurie, David or Bill. All 4 have at least 2 extremely good perks. Meg has 3, so maybe her?
1 -
Dwight. It's a co-op game.
2 -
Meg - Q&Q / SB / Adrenaline
Laurie - DS / OoO
Bill - BT / Unbrekable
Ace - Only extreme meta perks all must need in your build
1 -
Dwight. His entire perk assemble is just excellent in every scenerio.

It’s not a perk per say, but a natural defense. A shirtless David is most effective against me as long as he doesn’t do toxic actions. And I just love listening to his grunts while I have him slung over my shoulder. Mmmm mmmm mmm mm mmmmmm.

Nea...
BL... still has uses
UE... for stealthy players
Streetwise... item efficiency

Do you mean versatile? How is sprint burst versatile?

Dwight: Bond.
That perk gives far more situational awareness ingame and isn't a 'one trick wonder' like you people mentioning sprint burst.
EDIT:
Honestly some of the best perks in the game are with the base game.
Spine chill and kindred.
Kindred in particular gives you a ridiculous amount of information.

Meg has the strongest set of perks in the game. Sprint Burst and Adrenaline are top tier, and Quick & Quiet is pretty powerful in its own right, especially as part of a build (like with Lithe + Dance With Me, or Head On + Inner Strength). No one else has two meta perks and a third strong perk.

Laurie DS and object. 2 of the best perks in the game
Meg, sprint burst best exhaust perk in the game no debate, andrenaline can clutch some end game situations, quick n quiet is actually pretty powerful to mess with killers mindgames.
Dwight, bond is the best solo que perk in the game, prove thyself can really push the objective faster then needed, leader is a bit useful
Bill, borrow time to deal with camping, unbreakable to deal with slugging. 2 tatics that often used in high ranks are camping and slugging. Also left behind is decent if you have a key or dont trust your team to finish all gens before they are dead.

I vote for my boy Dweet.

I agree with you on adrenaline and quick and quiet. They are very useful in many scenarios. However I find sprint burst to be one of the least adaptable in the game. It is quite annoying having to crouch or walk around in order to conserve it. If you don't conserve it, then when you do need it, you will be exhausted and it won't activate. If it was an activatable perk, then it would be very useful, especially in chases. But maybe it's just me. I completely respect your opinion and understand if you feel differently.

Meg or Nancy. You can constantly use both of their perks in different builds and actually work well together.
You want sprint burst back? Run fixated.
You want inner strength during a chase? Run Quick and Quiet.
Want gens to go quicker for Adrenaline? Run Better Together.

Whatever works I guess.

But it's very useful for gen rush, in chases and it even stacks with adrenaline, making your movemet speed even faster than 150%, while dead hard is only useful in chase in order to gain a distance to a pallet/window.

I hadn't really thought of that. I'd say urban evasion works better with sprint burst though. Apart from that I am in complete agreement.

If we're just going by what they'd have available in personal perk builds:
Laurie has the overall strongest perks (DS + OOO, even if Sole Survivor is mostly junk)
*Bill is a very close second with BT + Unbreakable (plus Left Behind ain't great, but it sucks less now)
**David might even be a third option now with Dead Hard and the much-improved WGLF (but then again... No Mither)
Meg probably has the most useful personal perk trio (SB + Q&Q + Adrenaline are all great)
*Dwight, Feng Min, Tapp, Kate, and Nancy would all be my honorable mentions for having pretty useful personal builds. They all get 2-3 nifty perks to work with even if most of these options aren't considered meta (though some of them also get stuff like Technician, Stake Out, and Boil Over which are all junk perks)

It is good for gen rushing but again, if you want it to work during a chase, you'd have to be patient enough and walk/crouch around which means you wouldn't be able to gen rush. When I run it, I use it to quickly dash away from a hook after being saved and for gen rushes. But I never use it for chases, that's were dead hard comes in.

If you are counting which one starts off with the best perks, that would be Meg Thomas.

It works for gen rushes but again, if you want to save it for chases then you would need to walk/crouch around the map. I normally use it to quickly dash away from hooks and of course, to gen rush. But for chases it is usually null and not worth the time wasted walking/crouching around to conserve it. Dead hard is more effective during a chase.

None of the Exhaustion perks are activated without a condition. Only Dead Hard is directly activated.
I find Sprint Burst's value is in quickly gaining yourself a vantage point. While it may not always be used during a chase, it can start one with you in a very advantageous position. A killer kind of far away is better than killer kinda close y'know?
It also pairs fairly well with Urban Evasion or Fixated which alter your walk habits. And after a hook save, can be a life saver against a malicious killer.

I completely agree with that. I was merely saying that could not be used for chases.
