Perks in Blood Web at Prestige 3 Level 50

I'm not sure if this is a permanent change or not, but when leveling my survivor and killers at P3 50, the blood web only shows 3 perks available, when before it used to be 4 perks as my options. It's not a major thing because you can work around the entity and get 2 perks still, but not having that 4th option in the blood web is kind of inconvenient.
