Losing frames when hit in xbox one

I lose so many frames when im hit, its even worse if the killer has sloppy butcher or a hit that applies mending.

I have a PC that can maintain 60 FPS and I still get the freeze when I get hit with Sloppy Butcher. I can only imagine how rough it is on console.
