PS4 - No Ambient Noise at Beginning of Matches

On PS4, there is a slight bug which no ambient noise plays at the beginning of matches for Killer and Survivor when the camera pans around your character. It's been happening every game since the Mid-Chapter update. It's not a big issue but it's just something I noticed.
Here's a clip of what I'm talking about. Notice how there's no sound other than the quiet bass that plays when not in a chase and the sound of the Killer.
