Green perks not appearing in loadout

in Bug Reporting

I have all the perks unlocked on Claudette, however the green perks no longer appear as options to be selected!

I am a PC player on steam. I do not know how to reproduce it. I have also submitted an IT ticket.

All T3 perks now have the same rarity, the colour difference is now only for the different tiers of perks. From the recent Patch Notes: https://i.imgur.com/P0ktcQ7.png

    I also found this to be true on my prestige 3 clown. All the green perks no longer appear in loadout for clown (who has all of them unlocked!)

    try verifying the integrity of your game files you might have accidentally modified them
