Killer Interactions are Inconsistent
There are certain killer interactions that are inconsistent with the rest of the killers. Prime example being the Deathslinger.
When the Deathslinger is reloading his weapon, he has to only tap his reload key once and it automatically reloads, yet the clown needs to hold down his key in order to reload?
Killers also need to hold down spacebar when destroying a pallet, or destroying a generator. Most killer actions across the entire cast require holding down a key. Why is it that Deathslinger's is automated?
Personally, I wish that all break/reload actions were automatic without the need to hold down the key.

Killers also need to hold down spacebar when destroying a pallet
That is false.
But they could be.

The reason is that some actions "lock" you into the animation while others can be canceled.
Destroying a pallet or reloading with deathslinger locks you into an animation. During that time you can't perform anything else and you have to wait until the animation is over. Reloading with clown and kicking a generator can be cancelled.
Beeing able to cancel certain actions can give a decent advantage. For example: You can trick a survivor as trapper to leave a loop by faking a trap setting in front of the pallet. You start the animation, then immediately cancel it and most of the time the survivor sees you starting the animation and starts running away from the loop. That allows you to catch up (also you dont have to run the loop) and get a hit on them.

it's not inconsistency if you think of the actions that would make no sense what a half-way state would be. It's also for balancing purposes.
The kind of consistency the DbD devs love to do constantly (and consistently :P) affects the balance of the game negatively.
