The Executioner’s cooldown after using Punishment of the Damned is bugged

When the Mid-Chapter update was released with the Pyramid Head change, the cooldown for attacking with Punishment of the Damned was reduced to 2.25 seconds from 2.75 seconds. After the most recent Bug Fix the cooldown has been increased back to 2.75 seconds
- Load into a match as The Executioner
- Attack using Punishment of the Damned
This happens 100% of the time.
