Glowing bp icon for double bp?

Where is the glowing bp icon? We’ve always had a glowing bp icon for the bp events and mine doesn’t even say it’s double bp. I’ve never seen a bloodpoint event without it glowing and a timer on the bp icon when you hover over it so hopefully this is a bug.
