I am playing on Xbox One, the problem probably also occurs for Playstation 4 too, whenever I use Dead Hard, just as when Sloppy Butcher is applied to survivors, the game loses about a full second of frames and doesn't move your character appropriately to how it is suppose to causing many downs obtained through the games application failures.
