PC - Friends playing on console no longer appear on friends list
I couldn't see any of my friends who play on console on my friends list. I would appear offline to them and they completely disappeared from my lists. I could not re add them either since I was still on their lists.
Made a support ticket and was told the issue was fixed but it was not...even after uninstalling and re-installing the game today.
I then remembered this evening that I had recently connected my steam account to https://account.bhvr.com/account and thought it might be the issue so I disconnected my steam account and suddenly I could see all my friends again! So if anyone is having the same issue try disconnecting your steam account from the bhvr.com account.

Can confirm, this same thing happened to me. Linked my account. Can no longer see console friends. I appear offline to them. We also tried to remove me from their list and re-invite. That doesn't work either. I would love to see somewhere where this is a resolution to this without losing shards. I've yet to see an official comment but I'm still hunting through tickets. I have not made my own since I've seen at least 2 other tickets so far that match my exact issue. Including yours.
