Bug with bloodpoints and iridiscent

I play a game now and dont add the correct number of bloodpoints, and i win two iridiscent but dont add that for my mision of the rift. Idk if this will happen again, but is a bored can't win the correct number of ur things, more when u make all for play good.

With another survivor, the same stuff. I wait a soon solution, idk if someone more have the same problem, but this disconfort my night of dbd :/
