Xbox- stuck on top of mound

Step 1: play as survivor
Step 2: go to mound (uncertain which map, its happened twice)
Step 3.) Try to crouch behind big rock on mound
Step 4.) Get stuck
Step 5.) Die probably.

- Not sure which map
