DC PENALTY ABSURD
hello ive been playing this game quite much recently,its just absurd when the dc penalty up again
first time only dc a little cost me only 5 up to 15 minutes mostly
but since many update and fix,i always dc while playing, while my brother play never dc
ive reached 12 hours and start frustated to fix this problem cause the dc,which is not my internet OF COURSE!
then i uninstall the game and play again,its smooth i play like 3-4 games without problem,and then the night theres an update again,after update and got into game,game crash ask me to verify local files,then i do
end of the verify said theres 1 data cant be verify, try get a game and then ######### dc for 1 day penalty
ill uninstall again then i played after waiting 1 day penalty, played like 7 games without problem,and then i got dc maybe connection (cause its logout to the main screen, while most of times i dc and return only to character choose screen) then after 1 day penalty all i got was 2 day penalty eventhough im playing 7 games without dc
this is totally absurd,and ive been sending tickets 3 times, not even an answer from customer service
really sucks i spend a lot of time and money to play this game but their feedback is 0

If you have issues, I advise you trying to fix them first before attempting to play games. We do have a sub-forum that's dedicated to Technical Issues: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/categories/technical-issues Use the search bar to see if your error has been reported already.
And I'm sorry you're experiencing this, but the DC penalty is here to stay for the games health. If you are experiencing continous errors, the best thing to do would be trying to fix it by looking up if it has been reported already and if yes, is there a fix maybe? If not, create thread in the Technical Issues Sub-Forum to ask for help and some of our moderators and users might be able to help you.
Playing the game knowing you have a crash issue that causes you DC still affects other players that are in the round with you. I know this is not intentional, but best advice is to try to fix it first before trying to continue playing the game.

ive been playing 300 hours until recently got problem
and how do i know whats the problem
all i can do to fix is only uninstall and install the game over and over,its should be on your side fix the problem not ours
ive had nothing problem until just recently your updating a lot since hallowen coming
and your dc penalty isnt resetting is one of the biggest problem, how can i achieve the rest when u need 12 hours to play without dc,i some accident happen after i play 11 hours and then dc
do i need to wait another 2 days to play a game?
its like you telling people not to play this game anymore,theres no justify here
