I guess you mean Totems? So no, there are still no new secondary objectives?

Not really. Undying is a nice hex perk that kinda makes cleansing totems important now. If you run undying+ruin 2 totems are lit up. If Ruin is cleansed it will jump to another dull totem. You need to either cleanse ruin 4 times or find Undying then cleanse ruin so it will go away for good.
