Major screen glitch

This has happened to me several times now, whether on the menus or worse in a match forcing me to die or leave because I can't see anything going on. I'm on xbox one. Not network related because even when I plug directly into my 150 mbs ethernet it still happens. It usually occurs when being idle for a while and turning my controller back on or opening the xbox menu/opening internet tab while the game is open. But it still happens at complete random too, like when loading into a match. Won't let me add the video so here is a screenshot, but everything is constantly flashing and stretching
