Some Rare Skins Cost More in the Store?

Just noticed this and wanted to make sure it wasn't a bug, since it's only on 2 skins, but Jane's Daytime Talk Show skin and the Plague's Urashtu Nomad skin are both priced higher than regular Rare skins. Jane's skin is 16,220 shards and the Plague's skin is 17,550 shards. Not sure if it has always been this way or if this is an issue; every other Green Rare skin in the store is 13,500 shards!
