Game Crashes Constantly = Time Ban

Matchup survivor - Can be as soon as the first game before the cut scene ends while loading into the map, or after 2hours or 4 hours of play, it's random. The game makes a BUZZING sound and then crashes giving me a 3 min time penalty!!!!! Happened since Thursday October 29, 30, 31 and today happened at 3:30 pm the loading screen into the map the camera was circling David and the stopped buzzed for 1 min and then kicked me to the xbox home screen. Happens about 2 - 4 times a day (getting sick of this!!!) I've rebooted my xbox, uninstalled and reinstalled dbd Nothing Works HELP :(


Happened with:

MY MAIN Meg - heal, dark sense, evasion, lithe

Claudette - heal, lithe, empathy, light as a feather

Jake - botany, iron will, ace in the hole, Well make it

Nea - heal, lithe, evasion, balanced landing

Ace - heal, ace in the hole, hook break, ds

Played Frequently last 2 days - David - heal, dark sense, evasion, hook break

Played Frequently last 2 days -Bill - heal, dark sense, borrowed time, unbreakable

Fin - heal, lithe, evasion, empathy

    Just happened again 6:30pm

    lost a rainbow map, glass bead, crystal bead and my offering pustula petals. This time I have a 12 minute time penalty ban!!!

    Just happened again this time playing with Jane Just got intothe arena the camera was circling around Jane then made a messed up buzzing noise and the game crashed. 3:20am

    There is no error message the game crashes and boots me out to the homepage of xbox. It just happened again Just got into the match with Jane camera pans around freezes then makes a loud buzzing noise into my headset hurts my ears then boots me to the home screen of xbox.


    I don't know how to change the category and everything is posted from when it started to happen. At least it is not happened 2-4 times a day now and it has not happened since november 1st until last night. but I still have a 3min time ban AGAIN :(

    You have to make a new thread, I can't move it due it to being a bug report. ANd if you're on PC, please post your log-file in Technical Issues.

    HOW TO GET YOUR LOGS (THIS PART ONLY APPLY TO PC PLAYERS):

    When you get the issue, close your game and do not reopen it until you get your logs.

    • Press Win+R
    • Type in appdata
    • Press OK
    • In opened window navigate to: \Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs
    • Usually you would need to attach the DeadByDaylight.log file.
    • Add the file to your bug report
