Bushes between fences on Haddonfield (strong survivor abuse)

Steps to Reproduce: Play on Haddonfield.
How often does this occur: every time a window spawns at the second floor above a bush.
Discription:
I recently noticed that random bushes can now appear between fences.
They are not only annoying, but they can serve some stong abuse for survivors as well!
If survivors notice this, they will just abuse it, and are able to just yeet over the fence, or in this case: just sit with their dying body on the bush so they can waste your time and you wont be able to do anything.
