Perk won't appear on bloodweb after shrine purchase

I bought Rancor from the shrine a few months ago, and I've just realized that it hasn't been showing up on the blood web. I don't own spirit for the record.
Platform: PC
Screenshots below showing I've acquired rancor, refreshed the bloodweb on a killer I have all perks on, and don't already have it (should be next to Remember me ).
